No Contract, No Business – And I have the PERFECT CHEAT APP

I know some of you have requested that I blog about business tips, starting up your business and things of the like. This blog will give you some tips on when negotiating business deals and signing contracts. It is always smart to first right out the different stipulations when negotiating business deals on a list that way don’t miss any important points that you may want to cover in the verbiage of your contract.

It is SOOOOOOOOO important to BE SURE TO SIGN A CONTRACT regardless of how big or small the business deal may seem! So many people will say sponsor this, vend at this event etc. It is great exposure for your brand…. It is okay to ask for ticket sale reports before paying your money to get involved in something that you’re HOPING to have a great outcome and turnout on as well as seeing a return on your investment. Sometimes networking is worth just as much as the fee you pay to vend or sponsor events. JUST KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING IN RETURN AND GET IT IN WRITING!

People will use you for their benefit, will not brand you will not mention you promote you and will take whatever products or services they can get from you on your dime because EVERYBODY LOVES FREE STUFF! We get that these fees are to help the coordinator cover the overhead expenses and all of that!

Make sure you’re getting what you need in return promotional wise, make sure if this is a sponsorship opportunity you obtain their 501C because people will say sponsor but then you have no paperwork to write off what you’re giving away.

It’s a lot of swindlers too in the industry so do your research on the brands you are connecting with, make sure they have a good business reputation and work ethic. And again

ASK QUESTIONS if you need to.

Ask about parking, asking about load in / load out, is it convenient for you, will you need some extra helping hands to do the job right and in a timely manner? Make sure that in the end it is all worth it for YOU!

If you have any business tips you’d like to add, and questions you’d like to ask, etc. please feel free to comment below.

These are some of the features included with the services below and they are all available on the platform to your use:

I would say the thing I don’t really like is that if you add other people to the project such as your contractors, workers, etc. they are able to see the documents you share between you and your client. Some information you may want to keep confidential, so that I’d say is the only downfall or con. But I’m my book everything else is great about their services!

If you’d like to get a free trial to check out how the services work, you can click the Honey Book link above and it will take you right to the website. I’d love to hear how it works for you and your clients and businesses as well. Had you ever heard of Honey Book? Would you consider using it?
