Tea Time – Spill the Tea 🍵

Since Tea Parties are in season, I figured why not post about my friend Leilani’s Birthday Tea Party while I’m at it!

“Sip Some Tea with Leilani” was her birthday tagline!

She had Long Island Iced Tea, Long Beach Iced Tokyo Tea, Sweet Tea, Hot Tea and the dress attire was floral print and big hats. It was fun to reunite with some old friends from school. We even indulged into a little bit of celebrity gossip and didn’t miss a moment of “Sipping Our Tea other Leilani” when the tea got real hot! 🔥

I even brought my puppy Princess with me to enjoy the moment!

We had chicken and waffle skewers, pasta salad, ceviche, breakfast potatoes and more! The decor fit perfectly to coordinate with the theme and we played a few games as well.

Tea Parties are perfect for the summer, great for a Sunday Brunch, and can even be coordinated for a Kid’s Party! 

We have actually had the pleasure of coordinating a couple of Tea Parties. We did another one over at the Culver Hotel in downtown Culver City with a few ladies and they are always so much fun and totally classy!

We try to do each and every event here at MAD Diva Concierge with its own unique decor and style. Here is another taste of a Tea Party we had the pleasure of being a part of with more beautiful ladies!  

We even did a Children’s Tea Party for the Little Ladies of Lincoln Elementary here in Los Angeles, California. The colors were Pink, Purple and Lavender and we incorporated some butterflies and made it super girly!

The Tea party was for the year end celebration for some of the little ladies in the program. We had so much fun putting this together. We provided the food, the drinks, the desserts and the client was very easy to work with. She followed our lead and trusted our vision and we created a magical moment for these little babies!

Unfortunately just like always we were running around like crazy on this event considering we did catering, centerpieces, the dessert table & more with a car & truck load full of stuff. We even forgot 2 take pictures of the table settings with the centerpieces. 😩😫😩😫 so hopefully our amazing friends & film crew @cicelygilkeyproductions & @rise_and_grind_la we’re able 2 get me some good footage 2 share as well as our client! The 4th Annual Lincoln Ladies Mother & Daughter Tea Party was definitely a success & everyone loved it from the food 2 the decor to the desserts & more! Thank u so much @platinumproprentals 4 always being a genuine sweetheart & helping bring everything together @ the last minute! You’re such a lifesaver & a sweet lady! Now we see why your blessings continuously flow! We just have this thing 4 genuine people who don’t mind lending a helping hand when they can & even being willing 2 stop by & help us set up between your appointments! U ARE SUCH A REAL ONE! 😘😘😘😘 And we hope u enjoy the sangria & strawberry shortcake we shared with u from @mommies_cakes_ . @cookiesweetstreats1 Chef Cookie just like always you showed up & showed out! The kids eyes were so big when they seen your delicious sweet treats on the table! We had 2 tell them 2 eat their lunch 1st! Lol! We are glad 2 call you our official dessert lady! You never disappoint us! THANK U DIONNE & to the ladies involved with the Lincoln Elementary Tea Party & we are sad it’s the last year but the past couple of years have been so much fun & we are happy @MADDivaConcierge was able to be a part of this whole thing while supporting the little ladies! 🤗😘🤗😘🤗😘 @tamiedatwin u know you’re one of our 🌟 players! Thank u for always going out the way, never getting upset or frustrated with when there’s hiccups. We always know when you and @Ms_JK_1001 around we are always good! You both STAY ON POINT! Thank you for always putting your all into everything, always taking your time & paying attention to the fine tuned details! You know we love y’all to pieces! & Michel’le, thank you for pulling up helping set up & get things in order because we couldn’t have done it without you! THANKS FOR READING EVERYONE!! 😘😘

What are some of your favorite teas? I’m personally not a tea drinker but I guess it’s good to sip some tea every now and again for a good cleanse! 

I’m sure a lot of you have heard about Flat Tummy Tea. Well they inboxed me to promote their product. I never got around to doing so. I never even opened the package to try it. I was a little thrown off when they sent me the exact verbiage to post. Then the owner started pressing me about why I hadn’t posted and promoted. They asked me to take one photo looking not so done up and refreshed. Then she asked me to take another photo looking a little more alive. The first thing I thought was FLASE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Then she started threatening to take legal actions for me accepting her product and not promoting it. I’m thinking to myself, girl you are NOT paying me to promote this product. To say the least, the promotion never happened so I can’t say if the product does or doesn’t work. Have any of you tried the product? How did it work for you? How is the taste? Summer is approaching so getting your body right is definitely a must for now!
