The cancellation policy (as detailed below) will therefore be considered as accepted. The submission of credit/debit card details also confirms an agreement that payment in case of cancellation of a room/s booking (as detailed below) may be taken without warning.The submission of false or invalid credit/debit card details will constitute a legal breach of contract.
All outstanding accounts must be settled prior to departure unless otherwise agreed.All Room Bookings are subject to a non-refundable $50.00 booking deposit per person. Single travelers will be required to pay deposit based on double occupancy rates.All Room Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the date of arrival are liable to be charged at 100% of the quoted room rate, for each and every night booked
