Norwegian Joy U.S. Inaugural Cruise
Travel is absolutely LIFE! Especially when you’re a travel agent! My travel sisters and I from Evolution Travel had the grand opportunity of touring the Norwegian Joy Cruise Ship for its first time setting sail.
This was my very first time in years going on a cruise. I had only been to Catalina island when I was lot younger so this turnaround cruise gave me so much life! And everything was all on the house! It definitely pays to be a travel agent!
We were able to experience the food, the cocktails, we went to the Foot Loose Show, they had race car driving, a club, a casino, and so many fun things to do while on board.
The Drinks 🍹 🥃🍸🍷
I think my favorite part was the open bar drinks. They carefully craft each cocktail to perfection and they were all so yummy! It definitely inspired me to mix up some new libations and concoctions! Look how pretty they are! 🥰
The Cruise Ship 🚢 🛥⛴🛳
The architect and design when you board the cruise ship takes you to a whole other world on the beautiful seas as you sail across the ocean. This trip was a one day turnaround to Ensenada Mexico but we didn’t get off of the ship. We were the first ones to be able to use the staterooms so everything was brand spanking new! We were able to see the different rooms that they offered on board and we made our rounds to a few of the bars and restaurants that were on board.
The Food 🍲🍱🍛🥘🥩🥯🥐
We ate so much great food from the buffets and the actual restaurants where we were able to order and try absolutely whatever we wanted. Even our gratuities were covered! I had no complaints at all about the food. However we did get a late start to the buffet and our time was limited because we had to attend the mandatory fire drill! So MAKE SURE you know what time that happens so that your dining time isn’t interrupted! 🤨
We had the time of our lives and I hate we had to leave! But one thing I can say, is this really made me want to take more cruises and see what all of the different cruise ships and cruise lines have to offer.
I always hear great things about Norwegian Cruise Lines but this confirmed that they are absolutely A1 and I definitely highly recommend them!
